Carl Oliver is currently in custody! Oliver was arrested on April 4, 2005 for Driving while Intoxicated and additional traffic charges. Oliver was arrested in December of 2005 on a warrant when he failed to appear in court on the DWI charge and was allowed to bond out. Oliver was given a new court date at that time. He again failed to appear for the court date an another warrant has been issued for his arrest. |
